These terms describe use of the Digital Domains website. Services, pricing and project obligations require a separate agreement.
Information and quotes
This website introduces our design and development services and collaboration with Maven Systems. It is an inquiry and quote-request website. It does not process payments, operate payroll, sell through a checkout, or provide a point-of-sale system. Service descriptions are general information, not a binding quote or guarantee of rankings, revenue, leads or other results.
Contact and working inquiries
Email drafts must be sent through your email service. When direct sending is available, the form confirms acceptance by the email provider, not guaranteed receipt or a promised response time. Contact us again if a time-sensitive inquiry has not received a response. Sending a message does not create an employment relationship, a service contract, a confidentiality agreement or a payment obligation. Scope, fees, ownership of deliverables, responsibilities and timelines must be agreed separately before work begins.
Our collaboration
Digital Domains and Maven Systems collaborate on project inquiries. The entities responsible for a project and their respective obligations will be identified in the project agreement. This website does not itself establish a legal joint venture. The privacy notice explains limited sharing of project information.
Content and responsible use
Content and brand assets belong to their respective owners or licensors. Third-party names do not imply endorsement. Contact us before reusing branding or creative materials. Only send material you are entitled to share. Do not submit unlawful content, sensitive records or confidential material requiring special handling, interfere with the site, or attempt unauthorized access.
External services and availability
External websites and email services have their own terms and policies. We aim to maintain accurate information and a usable website, but content may change and uninterrupted or error-free availability is not promised. Nothing in these terms removes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Accessibility and assistance
If you cannot access content or use a form, email [email protected] with the page, difficulty and preferred way to receive the information. Do not include sensitive details. We welcome reports that help us improve the experience.
