Information you choose to provide
Project inquiries may include your name, email address, business name, website, service interests, project description and preferred timing. Working inquiries may include expertise, portfolio links, availability and your introduction. Only provide information needed for the conversation. Do not submit payment details, passwords, government identification, health information or other sensitive records.
How the contact options work
In email-draft mode, entries stay in the current page until you choose an email provider or copy the message. Choosing Gmail or Outlook includes the draft in a link sent to that provider; the draft may appear in your browser history. Choosing your email app passes it to that app. You must press Send there for Digital Domains to receive it. Copying uses your device clipboard. We do not save these entries in a website database or browser storage.
Where the form offers direct sending, selecting Send inquiry submits the form through Cloudflare to Resend for delivery to Digital Domains’ Gmail inbox. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for spam using technical browser and network information. The form reports acceptance for email delivery, which does not guarantee inbox delivery. If direct sending is unavailable, use an email option. The website does not create a customer account or store inquiries in its own database.
Why we use inquiries
We use your information to respond, understand requirements, prepare a quote, coordinate a proposed project or assess a working inquiry. An inquiry does not enroll you in marketing, create a service contract, or authorize a payment. Digital Domains and Maven Systems may share project briefs and contact details to review and respond to a proposed project. Working inquiries are reviewed by Digital Domains and are not automatically shared under that arrangement.
Service providers and technical information
The hosting platform and Cloudflare may process IP addresses, browser information and request logs to deliver and secure this site. Restricted previews may use platform authentication. Google Fonts receives the technical information required to deliver fonts. Gmail, a chosen email provider, and—when direct sending is enabled—Resend process inquiry content to provide their services. These providers may process information outside your state or country.

Sharing, retention and security
We do not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising. Access and sharing are limited to responding to inquiries, the project collaboration described above, necessary service providers, and applicable legal obligations. Correspondence is kept as needed for an inquiry, an ongoing business relationship, or required records and legitimate legal purposes. Retention may vary with those purposes. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
Contact our inbox to request access, correction or deletion of information you shared, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity without collecting unnecessary information. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on your location and the circumstances; records may need to be retained for legal obligations. Do not send sensitive identification unless a suitable verification method is agreed.
Children and changes
This site is intended for business inquiries, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has sent personal information. We will update this notice if the site or our practices change; the date above identifies this version.
